San Diego- sunny and 60. January, again…

Chargers vs. Patriots. Somewhere back east, my relatives, and indeed all Patriots fans are pea green with envy, complaining that they cant get the Chargers to sell them tickets. TOO BAD. If the Patriots had taken care of business during the regular season, we would be looking east at the 16-0 Pats, and the home playoff game they earned. So sorry… NOT….

No one wanted Charger tickets in 2000, now EVERYONE wants one… I would not sell my ticket for Sunday’s game. Even for $10,000 – money is transitory; beating the Patriots in a playoff game is FOREVER.

Life is usually equitable; sometimes it just takes patience- 30 years worth.

I moved here in 1976, and I adopted the Chargers as my team, and all the uncles and cousins laughed at me- come back when ya got a real team kid…

IM BAAAAACK – and they all are running their uninformed mouths….
I prefer to do it on the field…

This is how bad and stupid it is back east, my uncle has NEVER HEARD OF LT. Didn’t he just win MVP? Is he not on ESPN all day? Were we not on prime time at least 5 times this year? Insulting, to the extreme…
I laughed and said your kidding, right? 14-2? Tomlinson? LT? Merriman? Rivers? VINCENT JACKSON???? Freakin Dan Fouts at least?

Nope- he had no clue, and said we were lucky to be there at all…

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR…

Not only do Patriots fans not know who we are- they don’t care. Mark my words, they are gonna care… its mighty cold on Monday morning in January when your team got their hides tanned on Sunday, ending their season.. enjoy… and have some chowder with that. CLAM CHOWDER- the vilest concoction a kid could ever be forced to eat. I’d rather eat a possum that has beel lying in the road for a week… RAW….

Then he said, “How did you get tickets? You are probably sitting nosebleed, because you are a dumb Charger fan who bought tickets after they started winning”… I informed him that I am a season ticket holder, and have only missed 2 games due to illness since 1979, and I had the best seat in the house 6 rows from the field- MINE- silence and jealousy….

This is my blood relative… WHO I ACTULALLY LIKE… and even he has no respect for the Chargers… gotta beat some respect into them all… LT style…

Sooooooo, watching them all drool is a beautiful thing, YOU GOT TICKETS!!!

As you can tell, I don’t exactly love most of my family… I left for a reason… so I can watch my Chargers and live my life in peace… sunny balmy peace…

When LT and crew get done crushing New England, I expect to be cut out of the will entirely. :) , And I don’t care, it’s worth it…

LET THE BEATING COMMENCE.

Remember, 70 percent of New England fans in any sport are about making other people feel bad about themselves, and not about winning at all.
I was there, I know of what I speak, I was born in Ipswich, Mass, so before you idiots get on your keyboards, remember, I am a chowd, same as you, only I didn’t fit in, because I’m not a rat… I have been in like 3 fights since I left the east coast. 31 years ago… compared to 3 fights a week back there…

California welcomed me and my skills with open arms; back east it was always “what did your family do?” Out here in so. Cal- it’s what can YOU do?
A blessed place indeed.

San Diego is my home, and I cant wait to show it off on Sunday, with every moron I ever dealt with all watching on their TVs back east, wishing they were here…. somewhere in Exeter, New Hampshire, there a whole neighborhood of people from 1975 that tried to beat and harass me into oblivion, and you all can still go to hell… I’m alive, you failed… and you made me what I am today, the biggest Charger fan in the world, loyal forever, and unstoppable.
GO CHARGERS!
Revenge is a dish best served cold… or in this case- served at 70 degrees with 3 girls in bikinis waving palm fronds…

I treasured the sight of a lone Pats fan crying in the stands after we beat them like a drum last year, and I have every intention of making them ALL cry on Sunday- We Charger fans have waited an eternity for this, and we are not going to blow this chance. IT’S OUR TURN….

GET LOUD, THEN GET LOUDER- CHARGER FANS!!!!
I WANT THE PATRIOTS TO GO HOME… SAD….

Speaking to the choir. They keep saying Rivers can’t do anything because he is new to the playoffs. Well just ask Brady what he did when he was new to the playoffs. Get ready New England you are going to get a lightning bolt crammed up your ass this weekend.

  2. Mahercor says:

The Patriots are the most physicsl team in the league. Combined with the Chargers shody tackling and Porous secondary. Nevermind a first class QB. The Charger don’t have a chance. The Pats defence is going to smack Tomlinson in that new “Glass Jaw” he got in the Chiefs game an “Down goes Frazier”. Don’t ever underestimate the Patriots, they like to get concussions not give them, NFL Statistics confirmeds it.

  3. Anteater says:

Talk as much as you’d like but the fact is that the Chargers are the Patriots to the extreme. And don’t complain about not getting tickets because you guys, every team in the league, does this. You guys just bitched to the media. Glass Jaw eh? Better be careful, Brady will have to get his wired after Merriman’s done.

  4. Ned says:

I’m a transplanted New Englander like Boltarious, (Ipswich in fact) I love Southern California and am impressed with the Chargers. This kid Rivers has an incredibly accurate arm. However, this business of preventing people outside So. Cal. from getting tickets just smacks of the same insecurity that Boltarious bleeds. His parents didn’t like him. None of us did really. Things got a lot better when he left. The Chargers organisation doesn’t feel very confident about this game. I don’t blame them but stand up straight for Godsakes and try not to be intimidated.

  5. Dan says:

I thought that not allowing Pats fans to buy tickets showed that the management there has no class. It also may be giving an advantage to the Chargers on gameday, and the NFL should have stepped in. Are you guys so afraid of the Pats that you wont let anyone root for them in San Diego? I thought you were favored. Maybe if you guys win a few playoff games, youll feel you can afford some good sportsmanship. And btw, your QB is better than average at best. If you do win, like you should, he’s gonna get owned against Baltimore.

  6. Richard M says:

What’s the big deal about the tickets, Chowderheads? We’re only talking about a thousand ducats, and so what if the Chargers want to be nice to the fans for a change?

  7. boltarious says:

typical border crack- and for your information, my best friends all come from mexico for every game- and i assure you they have better jobs than you do, and more money…

  8. Pat says:

Hope you enjoyed the game! Next year you may want to reconsider selling your playoff tickets (if there are any in San Diego).

  9. Jeff says:

Nice, How is it now that you have felt the sting of New Englands best. Frankly I thought it was a good game and you guys have great players but time after time all star teams do not win the big games. Have a nice winter. Make sure to get your tee times for next sunday.

  10. Sean says:

Well it just goes to show you that the Chargers are a substandard team as compared to the Dynasty. Thanks for not sell us your tickets. It saved us from listening to your sobbing as you walked out of the stadium with yet another loss.

  11. john says:

I totally agreed with your post there guy. Boy your chargers really stuck it to us. Man oh man, that one will really sting until I get to watch the pats next week. When do the chargers play? hmm i think preseason is in august sometime? Have a good offseason, sorry your family doesn’t like you.

  12. Amraphel says:

Another game where in if the teams were to replay the next day, the Pats would again be underdogs. No one ever figures in the Brady Factor. I recommend that during the offseason you join the support group started by “The Greatest Show On Turf”.

  13. wah-zoo says:

You need some serious help…….boo hoo hoo hoo….

The Pat’s played a gritty, classy game of football as a team even after all your talkin.

Cheap shot’s on the field, talkin’ smack and your plan’s for post season dominance…Oh yeah right, first you have to win..

The Chargers are a team that is emerging. I have enjoyed watching them for five years (after the Pat’s of course) They are almost here, great season, but you have to play 60 minutes..and as for your relatives back here …of course they know who LT is, but they also know that you’ll cry that much harder by saying they don’t
and you keep falling right into their trap…..

  14. Marla says:

One other thing: The next time the grounds crew decides to re-sod the field, it had better not be anytime NEAR the playoffs, or they should be taken out to Friars Road and pushed in front of the post-game traffic!! I’ve never seen so many slips and falls in a fair-weather game. Even the CBS announcers commented on the condition of the field a number of times………..it was ghastly.

OK, rant over………see ya next year.

  15. Lazlo says:

    Shoulda ate your chowda.

  16. someone says:

Wow — you got some issues there Mr. Boltarius. You got into 3 fights a week in Ipswich? You got beaten and harassed in Exeter NH? For those of you not from NE, these are not exactly tough neighborhoods. Sounds to me like you either can’t get along with people or you were hallucinating while hiding under your mother’s bed. How’s that Charger thing working out for you? By the way, you can come home now — both Ipswich and Exeter have passed anti pussy beating laws since you left.

  17. Pats Fan for Life says:

I never talk smack or act arrogant about my Patriots. They are a great team; but, the fact is, anyone can win on any given Sunday.

I think all these Chargers fans comments are hysterical, especially reading them after the fact! Bolts up the rear, Chowda heads will be sorry, etc.

I’m curious…..what do you have to say the day after?

  18. OakBan says:

what a joke the Chokers are -

  19. Jed says:

Im going to give san diego fans the benefit of the doubt and assume you are one of the few ignorant uninformed just as the players get the benefit of the doubt in that the asshole players with diarrhea of the mouth following their loss are not typical charger players. The Chargers are a great team and could have gone farther. They need two things. First is for either the veteran players or the coaches to step up and counsel these rookies on how to keep their mouths shut. That’s not something that only happened in the heat of the moment, they showed who they really are and that’s who they are because they haven’t been taught different. If that ever happened here, the owner, coach, quarterback and veteran players not only would have shut them up but would have made public comments condemning it. From the silence coming from those corners I would guess the problem will remain to haunt the team next year. The other problem is with your coach. He’s a choker. Don’t get me wrong. He’s a good coach. He’s also a choker. I saw the same thing in Bledsoe. I loved him. Great Stats. Great QB all around. Great person also. However he was a choker. If you really want to go all the way get rid of the choker.
    sincerely,
    Dan Fouts Fan

Boltarius……If what you say in the article is true…..”I would not sell my ticket for Sunday’s game. Even for $10,000 – money is transitory; beating the Patriots in a playoff game is FOREVER, then….

does it follow that “Losing to the Patriots is FOREVER”???

  21. Merriman's Disciple_56 says:

Hey Ron Rivera, convince A.J. that he needs to do all he can to get Lance Briggs in a bolts uniform, A.S.A.P!!!

P.S: Releasing Donnie was a horrible move, the guy is a stud and still has three pro-bowl caliber seasons left in him.
