Like when are we meeting in the lounge Saturday night at the Marriott? :icon_shrug: This is alot of people, and everyone needs to know the info. before getting on the plane/car/bus/train/boat whatever. I have Bolts and Thumpers cell phone numbers plus a few others who will already be in town when we get there. I'll bet you have Toby's number.... So I hope we're set. To the best of my knowledge everyone is meeting up at the Marriott Lounge... I'm sure some will be there waiting for us when we arrive between 5 and 6 pm.. I'll be at the Sheraton in Burlingame. Not sure what my Saturday evening plans are yet. If I don't meet up with y'all Saturday, then I'll look for the tailgate between H and I on Sunday. Somebody call me if it changes.

of course the carne asada is always good but i do't know how your going to get it up there if not then yeah burgers, hotdogs, beer, chips, etc. frmo costco and i'll go to help do a pick up.
I am space restricted in the vehicle after luggage, banners etc etc plus I would have to keep everything in a cooler (meat) for 72 hours which may not be that good of an idea. :no: KWAK suggested a Costco run for a shitload of whatever Saturday. This sounds like the best idea so far. Ok let me take a more proactive approach here......... The people meeting at the hotel and those wanting to grub Costco style should all pitch in for a food run on SATURDAY or Sunday when they show up. How about $5.00 or $10.00 per person to help pitch in for the cause ? That seems fair to the Bolt brothers.
60 of us means around 200 burgers or so and munchies and ****. KWAK has a Costco card as well and would have to store the food overnight and has a minivan to haul all this **** so......

Many of us are at the same hotel so ......We should meet in the hotel bar no later than 6:00 Saturday and all pitch in who are interested in grub, drinks and then make a Costco run. $10.00 per person Burgers, hotdogs, chips and dip, the usual tailgate ****. Sometimes Costco even has Carne Asada so who knows? We can mix it up. What time are you landing again ?
I have 7# of SA Fajita being sentta the Wabbit for grilling/consumption either Saturday nite or at the TG.
BB and I should be at the Marriott around 2:30pm, and I'm happy to make the run to Costco around then... but I am meeting my Bro (and anyone else wanting to attend) for dinner Sat early evening, so I won't be able to go to Costco then... it's time.... PS... it ain't Trumpy's, but the Costco Pollo Asada is pretty good... just throw it on the grill...
