Nothing is set in stone, but the general plan was to meet up at the Marriott and get a consensus on what we need to get from Costco. Make a list or a few peeps can go and we can wing it. Just need to "aquire" the BT company card. :icon_mrgreen:
Toby and Trumpie are bringing fajitas and carne. Kwak and hopefully more locals are bringing grills, chairs, coolers, canopies The rest of us are giving Toby/Trumpie some $$$ to defray their costs and we're pitching in for some beverages, water, ice, plates, cups, utensils, napkins. Seems to be under control, so far...
I would suggest one of the early arrivers act as Treasurer. They should have a chance to touch base with everyone.... If we still need more $$$ to repay the shoppers and the "grubbers" we can also collect at the TG.
Yeah, at the Sheraton. Not sure what time we'll get there on Saturday, and might have some plans that evening. Not sure yet. I've got a good friend in SF I haven't seen in 10 years. Want to try and meet him. He was one of my NCO's in the Gulf War ..... if I can meet up with him, then I'm a no-show on Saturday evening plans.
I might be able to collect money. Im sure I will be there bright and early with everyone. Lets just wait and see what happens.
I am bringing a shitload of Carne and Pollo Asada, tortillas (corn and flour), salsa, cheese, paper towels, paper plates, utensils, cups..... Empty coolers are needed for the arrivals to store beverages is a BIG NEED !!! Plus someone bringing BBQ's (KWAK, BDH etc.). We need a designated COOK !!!! Someone who will not get too drunk and burn **** !!!!!

We Need: Beer Beverages Champagne OJ Water Ice Snacks I'm going to give Trumpie and Toby money for the food and then pitch in the rest to the beverages. $5.00 Toby, $5.00 Trumpie, $5.00 to one of the shoppers for the beverages.
I'll be bringing beer and Ice for sure. Might grab something else too. I'll also throw in some $ towards food.
I'll grab a case of Corona if that's good enough for people. I have to drive so I won't be getting plowed. I only have a small cooler which I'll pack with ice. Between all that and the rental car that's what I'm committing to folks. I'm not the best cook but am happy to help.
BDH, do you have a grill you can bring? I have a medium sized weber/half-height and a coleman gas stove with a grill top that I am bringing. Gonna hit up the neighbor to see if I can borrow another cooler. That seems to be what we will be needing alot of, beer storage.
ADD my name +7 on the tailgate list. I'll bring beer as well. My flight leaves at 930 so I will see you all there in H and I (right?). I think we will have a laptop so hopefully I can check this tomorrow and Sat. Are we covered on food? Seems like we have enough food with the Carne Asada and all.

Ok guys, this is it!! I'll arrive at SFO at 5:40pm and I'm staying at the Travelodge at South Airport Blvd. I can't bring anything but hard earned money to pitch in. Also if anybody needs a DD I'm available, I don't like watching the game drunk anyways, if somebody has space for one more in their car I'll appreciate it if not it will be the bus for me :no: I can't wait to meet all of you guys!! :icon_banana: :icon_toast:
If the Travelodge is near the Marriott/Oyster Point... stop by and have a drink... Even if it's not, stop by and have a drink... :icon_mrgreen: Many of us are staying at the Marriott and that seems to be the official meeting place (stop 1) of the evening.
Make sure you guys make your way to GATE 2. This would make it easier to access parking H and I!!!!!!!!
It is very near indeed, like two miles or so!! so don't mind if I show up with my Charger gear already.
