So looking at this years schedule we play a lot of tough teams but those who stick out are the Saints, Falcons, Panthers, and Buccaneers. Why? Because they all hold at least one ex Charger star (Saints - Brees/Sproles, Falcons - Turner, Buccaneers - Jackson, Panthers - Tolbert) for good or bad reason. So whats your predictions? Not only on how we do against these teams and who wins but how those Ex-Chargers do against us....

I wouldn't call Fatty a star. I think all of these games are going to be challenging for us. When we play NO could have a significant impact on the outcome, moreso than the other teams.

Yeah -nest season will get interesting to see old friends and heavy competitors. Beneath AFC West I like the NFC south and AFC south very much, because there are a lot of teams who didn't win SBs. Every game this season will be a fight for the playoffs again. Losing against teams I like is just not so depressing than losing against heavy weight teams as NE, Pitt or Dall.

Wer der Meinung ist, dass die Dallas Cowboys eine gute Mannschaft sind, hat wahrscheinlich zu viel Bier getrunken und nicht genug Football in der letzten Zeit geschaut...

My prediction is that after each of those games there will be a bunch of "A.J. is an idiot for getting rid of..." posts.

I don't think they're tough, but then again neither are we. Their team has a strong running game and a big, mobile QB, which is something we've had problems containing in the past.

This is going to be a defining season as AJ's head is on the line. If he can get prove he knows what he is doing with the signing of the FA then I expect AFC Championship TITLE! Tolbert will do good but I think VJ will regret going after the money. TB is not a Juggernaut offense so he might not be able to shine. Saints- it all comes down to Brees. He is in a contract year and who knows what he will play at the level of his franchise tag despise.

Never said we were either Ike, but that wasn't the OP's question in the post.

I also wouldn't classify the Buc's as a "tough team" either for what its worth and seriously doubt that the acquistions of our players to their teams will change that.

I don't know what to think of the Bucs. They kind of evaporated last season.

I could be wrong, but I doubt it. He strikes me as being all about the money, and he got that big pay day he was looking for. I don't think it will matter to him if he doesn't shine.
