Ability to start a new thread.

Because of all the trolls we've had around here lately, we've had to institute new requirements to be able to start a thread.

Newly registered users will need to be a member for at least 10 days, have at least 10 posts, and not have negative reputation to have the ability to start a new thread.

Newly registered users can however, posts in existing threads without any restrictions.

So anyone that's been red bombed can't start a thread? Or just posters that have been red bombed that are new posters, or lacking certain post totals?

Anyone that has been red bombed to the point that they are in the negative (red jewels) can not create a new thread until their reputation becomes positive.

I can't remember, because several people here suggested I do this, but I think you were one of them?
