I just stopped using Firefox because it seemed to be 'blowing up' a lot.

I am checking out other browsers, but what are the best options?

I know of Chrome, there is IE...

    What is the best option?

If you are looking for speed, try Chrome out. From what I have found, it is extremely fast.

Never had an issue with Firefox, even the latest version. Try removing all of the addons & then reinstalling them.

    Chrome is OK.

    IE8 is hit and miss.

If you're going to quit Firefox by all means don't crawl back to IE.

I've heard good things about Chrome. If I ever grew too frustrated with firefox that's where I'd go.

I've pretty much switched over to Chrome but still use Firefox from time to time.

Same here. Can not seem to get away from Firefox since it has the best tools for Web Developers. When Chrome gets a better set of tools for development, I will be on Chrome full time.

The main thing preventing me from switching to Chrome permanently is that it doesn't seem to allow me to use the "full WYSIWYG" settings for any message forum that has that option.

I have it selected in my UserCP but it's just not available when I'm logged into the forum via Chrome. The [IMG] button isn't even there.

This isn't a bolttalk issue because it's the same no matter what forum I'm on. I guess Chrome just does not support that feature.

Chrome, Opera, Safari. But for here in Bolttalk I use Firefox because it is the fastest page loads between all of them. Opera and Safari gets me here the Fastest but the page loads after I get here are slower. Confusing yes, unfortunately it is my system.

What Makes chrome Fast is it does not have all the bells and whistles as the others and makes things faster for Loads.

I am personally enjoying this new firefox 4. It's working pretty fast at the moment. Plus the option to modify all the add ons really helps a lot!
