I must of missed something... or a lot of things. The prices for IShop items went up, like 1000%, and so many people have thousands and thousands of Bolt Cash dollars. What happened? :icon_huh:
Yes, the price of items went up considerably in iShop. This was done about a month ago. This was done to add value to your iShop items and make them more meaningful. Also, there will from time to time be items that are more exclusive or one of a kind. An example of this is the trumpet. There is only one trumpet. There will still be items that are more affordable, but the better items will cost more Bolt Cash. There hasn't been a change to the way people earn Bolt Cash however. You earn a small amount of Bolt Cash from each post you make. You can also make Bolt Cash by selling items you own back to the iShop. Note, you won't get the full value for it if you do this. Also, there have been trivia contests run by Wonderslug, Concudan, and Trumpet_Man that have awarded Bolt Cash as prizes for answering the trivia questions. And finally, the way many have amassed sucha large amount of Bolt Cash is through vBookie. I have seen people been their entire amount of Bolt Cash several times and win. It is possible to aquire a whole lot of Bolt Cash this way, but it's risky. I personally have lost all my Bolt Cash a few times this way. Best of luck making more Bolt Cash and if you have any suggestions, ideas for items to add to the iShop, or just additional questions, please let me know.
Were you going to add a Bolt Talk shirt? I think that would be nice. P.S. Please make it affordable if you do, at least the first month?
Sweet. I just made a killing selling off a lot of items I bought on the cheap back when they first started this.
I was thinking that too. If I had just known, I would have bought a butt-load of stuff before the change... and now I would be RICH! RICH I TELL YOU! HAAAAAA HAAAAA HAAAAA! :icon_twisted:
New items will be added from time to time. They will most likely start at a lower price, then the price will be raised when they have been around for a while.
