As h8er explained, he was the classic Norv hater. No one could say ANYTHING positive about Norv. His rants were epic. But, as I said, that's not what got him banned here. I'll leave that to the mods/admins here to explain if they so choose to.
I never had a beef with him hating Norv, I got tired of him turning every single thread into a Norv bitchfest. At some point we all got it, he hated Norv. But it was like he thought he won a prize or something for hating him the most, and he dragged down an otherwise fine forum with his obsession.

He was the Burger King Boy with a paper crown who hated Norv. Even though most of us just accepted Norv because we could actually do nothing about he just rant even more.

My nemesis. I would bring him back just to ban him again. He brought NOTHING to this forum besides his hilariously bad and unending thread jacking tirades and his complete lack of anything worthwhile to say besides I TOLD YOU ALL NORV SUCKS. He was a one trick pony and the trick was awful. Good riddance.
B4L's best attribute is his ability to make even the biggest Norv or AJ hater look like a fan of them.
Just before he was banned I im'd him for a short back and forth. He is capable of platonic conversation, I don't recal the EXACT post he was banned for though. Either way it'd be fun to see what his mentality is like at this point, if only for a day.
His Norv rants were epic for sure. Some of the most irritating repetitive nonsense to ever be spewed, but that was not why he was banned. He had many chances to 'behave' and he burned them all.
Met up with him last season (2011) at a game. His seats are one section over from mine. Told me he's running his own forum now. Can't remember what it's called though.
He might have been right, but it's not like he was the only one that didn't want Norv here. Many of us didn't want Norv hired, but once it was done we accepted it and hoped for the best. Let's not pretend like everyone else loved Norv and he was the lone voice of reason being held down by everyone else.
For me its really just the entertainment value, I don't actually care what he thinks or says anyway. Kind of like the guy I can't remember who suggested the "thunderhammer" defense. I never replied to a single post of his, they were all nonsense...but fun to read.
That was NOMORENORV. He went WAY off the deep end and started signing up multiple usernames. He even got busted publicly about that by one of the former mods and still denied it.
Are you sure? I thought it was something like COOL GUY 100X 1.0 SB CHAMP or something like that. Was NOMORENORV just one of his alter egos?
Maybe, but the forum was flooded with his crap, you couldn't read any thread without him turning it to sh*t. Perhaps our definitions of "entertainment" are different, but I left the forum for awhile just because it had become unreadable. I like Bolt Talk, I like discussions even when the point of view is different than mine. B4L ruined Bolt Talk for me at least, and I don't miss him at all.
