Ok, here's the deal. We're running a mock draft challenge. This is mostly for fun, but everyone that participates will earn Bolt Cash. This is all you have to do. Post your 1st round mock draft in this thread. Create your mock draft as close to the way you think it will really go down on draft day. There is a deadline to get your mock draft in. You must have your mock draft posted before the end of the day (Pacific Time) on Sunday April 20th. At that time this thread will be closed from further posts. This is how your mock draft will be graded: Right on pick-6 Points 1 off- 4 Points 2 off- 2 Points 3 off - 1 Point 4 or more- 0 points The person with the most points wins. Like I said before, the goal of this is to have fun, but there will be Bolt Cash prizes. Here is how the Bolt Cash prizes will work: 1st place = One Million in Bolt Cash. Yes you heard that right. Win this and you will be a Bolt Cash millionaire. 2nd place = Five Hundred Thousand in Bolt Cash. Not too shabby. 3rd place = Two Hundred Fifty Thousand in Bolt Cash. Worth playing for, right? Just for participating, everyone that comes in 4th or below will get $25,000 in Bolt Cash with the exception of the person that does the absolute worst. The person that does the absolute worst will get $50,000 Bolt Cash. So get going. Post your questions, post your suggestions, but mostly POST YOUR MOCKS.
One more thing. Everyone is eligible to participate in the BoltTalk Mock Draft Challenge except LT-Express and myself, as we will be the judges for this. Any other member of this forum is eligible to participate, so get those mock drafts ready.

Yes, you can update your mock draft until the deadline at the end of Sunday April 20th. At that time this thread will be locked, then reopened after the draft when we have tabulated all the points and the winners.
Just a reminder. This is the last weekend to get your mock drafts entered into the contest. Remember, everyone that enters will win Bolt Cash and someone will walk away a Bolt Cash millionaire.
We did. I won. Cool Chargers bling courtesy of Thumper. This year IS tougher. Miami could go several different directions, & now it's being reported that Jake Long doesn't want to be a Dolphin. The first 5 picks or so are definitely in flux, which will affect the rest of the round. Atlanta may leave Matt Ryan on the board. If so, he could drop to Baltimore or even further. I'll have mine in sometime around noon EST on Sunday.
Here is my go at the draft contest. 1.) Miami = Jake Long 2.) St. Louis = Chris Long 3.) Atlanta = Glenn Dorsey 4.) Oakland = Darren McFadden 5.) Kansas City = Sedrick Ellis 6.) New York Jets = Vernon Gholston 7.) New England = Branden Albert 8.) Baltimore = Leodis McKelvin 9.) Cinncinnati = Dominique Rogers-Cromartie 10.) New Orleans = Keith Rivers 11.) Buffalo = Devin Thomas 12.) Denver = Ryan Clady 13.) Carolina = Johnathan Stewart 14.) Chicago = Jeff Otah 15.) Detroit = Derrick Harvey 16.) Arizona = Rashard Mendenhall 17.) Minnesota = Philip Merling 18.) Houston = Aqib Talib 19.) Philadelphia = Mike Jenkins 20.) Tampa Bay = DeSean Jackson 21.) Washington = Calais Campbell 22.) Dallas = Justin King 23.) Pittsburgh = Gosder Cherilus 24.) Tennesse = Kentwan Balmer 25.) Seattle = Dustin Keller 26.) Jaksonville = Quentin Groves 27.) San Diego = Brandon Flowers 28.) Dallas = James Hardy 29.) San Francisco = Dan Connor 30.) Green Bay = Sam Baker 31.) New England = forfeited ---> Cheating 32.) New York Giants = Jerod Mayo There it is for my try at this for 2008
