Brandon Taylor will start against Jets The future is now. Chargers rookie Brandon Taylor is expected to start Sunday against the Jets. The third-round pick from LSU played a career-high 16 snaps in last week's loss to the Panthers. On Wednesday, Taylor said these final two games are an opportunity to be evaluated. “If I do (start), I'll be very excited,” Taylor said. “I would just have to control my emotions because I'd be so anxious to make a play. I've just got to calm down, play my assignment and react to my keys, and I'll be in the right situation to make a play.” Corey Lynch will continue to be involved in the team's nickel defense.
And let's have LaDarius Green run Malcom's routes. Play Wright over either of the corners.... if I had to decide I play him over Cason, simply due to Jam's better run support. Also start Ingram and let's see the Rock Baker.
I might be remembering wrong, but didn't that brilliant scheme consist of only having 10 players no the field because it would "throw the offense off"? Hahahahaha
Pretty sure the LSU obsession was a Buddy Nix thing. And that was more an SEC obsession - Buddy loves his Southern boys.
