I heard on the radio last week, don't remember the show or station, that Norv has something like the 3rd worst record in NFL history in games that are decided by 1 score. I know last nights game was not one of them, but that would quantify the fact that this team has had an issue closing out games for several years.

It was displayed during the Saints debacle. Norv has the 2nd worst record in such games. Dick Vermeil has the worst.
