Chargers Girls auditions set for Sunday-

The San Diego Charger Girls are holding open auditions on April 11 at the University of San Diego's Jenny Craig Pavilion. Registration and check-in begins promptly at 9 a.m., followed by a preliminary dance audition starting at 10 a.m.


Marlina- if you need a wake-up call, or a ride to make sure that you get there on time, or help stretching, or a foot rub afterwards, gimme a call. JUST BE THERE, PLEASE!

Well..from Mike Nowak's photos, I can see 2009 CGs Giselle, Marlina, Andrea, Marlina, Ashlie, Ashley, Kimberly, Emily, Lauren, Casie, Michelle, Katie, and Natalie.

I also saw Jennifer, the blonde bombshell, from 2008 and I think I saw former Charger Girl Brooke Long (#431). Normally, Mike posts more photos on his flickr account, but I haven't seen that many so I am not sure if the other 2009 veterans tried out. No confirmation on Brittany R., Brittany W., Heather, Jacquelyn, Nicole M., Carly N., Carly S., Victoria, Tiffany, Vanesa, Marisa, Tonya, or Melanie.

We should find out who makes the squad on Friday! Can't wait.

Wow, 2010 Charger Girls without a bunch of veterans. No Marlina, Marissa, Tonya, Nicole M., Nicole L. (retired), Jacquelyn, Brittany W., Brittany R., Victoria, Vanessa, Casie, Belinda, and missing a bunch more.

But on a positive note, the 2010 rookies look hot and so do the few returning vets.

Somehow that outfit doesn't suit her as much as a Charger Girl uniform. Just my opinion, but having said that...they new crop of Charger Girls looks hot.

I still don't understand how this girl was a Charger Girl last year, she tried out this year, and she is not a Charger Girl now.

I am not sure why so many veterans who auditioned did not make the squad. Perhaps there was one judge who wanted to mix things up and get some new, young blood on the squad...there are a lot of blonds who look a like.

I am not complaining, though. I blame the Cheetah girl. ;-)

Does anyone know if Casie actually tried out again? I don't recall seeing her photo at tryouts. Actually, I didn't see a lot of veterans at tryouts.
