Chargers fans not amused by team's 15% off sale The San Diego Chargers team store will have a Black Friday sale on Friday, with team merchandise 15 percent off. It's the second year the team's service provider, Centerplate, put on a Black Friday sale, but spokesman Kris Sargent said last year's sale didn't get much of a marketing push. This year they're letting people know. 'We got with the Chargers, and we're working a little bit closer," Sargent said. "They posted it on their (Facebook) page." Indeed they did. The post received 435 comments in two hours. Frustrated by missing the playoffs two years in a row and likely again this year, fans used the posting to vent their frustration with Coach Norv Turner, General Manager A.J. Smith, quarterback Phil Rivers, and the organization as a whole. Below find a sampling of some of the remarks. I think the Chargers store should give everyone a chance to intercept Rivers for additional discounts...

No those are full value, however you are going to have to wait. It seems the manufacturer is unable to keep up with the demand. There is an estimated partial delivery date of 06/2013 with a full delivery date of 02/2014
I understand people being pissed, but Charger fans are by and large a bunch of crybabies. No matter what they post on Facebook, the comments quickly turns into a bunch of crying. An article about a nice painting some dude did, people use it as an opportunity to cry. An article about honoring someone, crying. There is a time and place for everything. So a bunch of people crying in a post about sales items doesn't shock me.
I think the issue is that you're making this a "sale" and selling items at their MSRP, at a time when the fan base is livid with ownership and management. It comes off as, "**** your expectations, buy our ****" instead of "hey, here's a deal for our fans."
