Chad Grimm will join offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt, quarterbacks coach Frank Reich and special teams coach Kevin Spencer on the San Diego staff after coaching in Arizona last season. Grimm, who is the son of Hall of Famer and former Cardinals assistant Russ Grimm, will be the defensive quality control coach for the Chargers in 2013.

Andrew Dees was named the team’s assistant offensive line coach, Dees assisted Chargers offensive line coach Joe D’Alessandris in Buffalo

Craig Aukerman will assist with Spencer’s special teams units,
    Aukerman coached in Jacksonville.

Nick Sirianni will be the offensive quality control coach. Sirianni was the wide receivers coach in Kansas City in 2012.

The team also announced that Byron Storer will remain with the team as an assistant linebackers coach. Storer helped with the special teams on Norv Turner’s final staff and served a similar role in Tampa for two years before coming to the Chargers.

Wow, that was quick. All seem like pretty solid hires at first glance.

Quality control coach? Break down some film, a little scouting, and water/towel duties during practice? So basically a gopher. Nice (I'm probably jealous).
