Considering the fact that these teams have been rather more successful in the last several years than the policy that has been pursued here maybe they should be emulated in some way, if that is possible.

I'm not so sure this makes a glaring case for emulation.

Haven't been on this board in a while, but I can see that this AJ/Norv thread is pretty much like all of the other ones on the internet:

An overwhelmingly large majority of fans who realize that AJ and Norv should have been fired and are taking the team in the wrong direction, and one really stupid "fan" who is defending them for no other reason than the fact that he has been blindly doing it for years and doesn't know how to do anything else.

Funny stuff.

I prefer to believe he was referring to Conc here, but if posting a few facts to hopefully lend perspective to the issue makes me "really stupid" and "blind" then give me a cane, dark glasses, and a GED.
