    Fifths disease, Parvovirus (slapped cheek disease) immediately comes to mind cause of the hitting the kid in the face...

    Let me think about this.

    Shortstop is the number 5 player, Fifths disease is the slapped cheek disease and the disease usually affects school aged children... The kids affected are often too young to get to first base.... :lol: :lol: :lol:
