If we do not win this division as weak as it is an make significant progress in the playoffs, then Norval has to go. It appears that the speculation the some of the assistants were picked with this scenario in mind was valid.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to suspect in advance that banging your head against a wall will hurt and, failing to yield to that logic, you should stop before you black out, if you were actually dumb to really want to know for sure.
