Will do TK. The gigs for him slow down during school......and for me as well. This time of year I am tied up doing the dad thing along with coaching my 5 year old's flag football team. Everything is crazy busy.

I hear you. I'm assistant coach with my daughter's soccer team, my son is in Fall Little League, and I'm filling in as bass player for a "Dad band" at my kids' elementary school, playing a fund raiser on October 24th.

I am having a hell of a time dodging emails from MY band, trying to nail down practice dates. Team sports is killing me, and two-timing with another band doesn't help matters.

The guys from my other cover band keep calling me asking me if I booked any new shows. Well...it must be tough if you have to count on someone else...I mean I would hate to be a drummer.:lol:

The best advice someone gave me was to learn how to sing and get my own PA. I don't need to rely on anyone.....I can fly solo if need be....and the solo acoustic shows or the duo's with my son are definately more lucrative.:yes:

Well...at least the PA part worked out for me....still can't sing worth a ****.:icon_rofl:
