I guess this thread is a warm up for THEIR big day. Sounds like a pretty crappy day to me but to each, their own!!!

I have ZERO problem with anyone holding an opinion that they feel strongly about. It's his need (for attention?) to turn damned near every thread that has even the tiniest bit about Norv into his latest regurgitation of all the same **** he has said before. You would think something like this, once or twice, would have been sufficient...

B4L: "I never have liked Norv, and I don't really care for him now. I'm not convinced he is the guy to take us where we need to go, but I guess we'll just wait and see."

But no. It's like 100+ ruined threads with his bullshit. He can't just be fine with the fact that everyone here KNOWS his position, he has to tell us all AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN.

Bolt Talk rules, and I love coming here. But dude drags down the level of this board with his constant need to make sure that he runs down Norv Turner. It really seems to be some kind of irrational hatred. He seems to be positioning himself for the day that Norv gets fired so he can play the Super-Grande-I-Told-You-So card.

Some people say this is a bad thread but it can't be that bad. After all, it brought a few new faces to you're "let's talk about B4L" Super Bowl week.

And this is just as lame as him running around saying that the primary concern of a lot of us if they do win it would be to rush onto the board and dig up old posts of his to rub it in his face while he's out celebrating the Chargers' Super Bowl victory.

Sorry, I just don't buy it.

That's not to say I don't think he'd get on another anti-Norv flood the board campaign that holds an "I told you so" overtone to it should they fail in the playoffs, but somehow I doubt that's what he truly wants.

I can't speak for him but, if he feels the way I do, I imagine he'll be extremely disappointed with the playoffs if we don't win the ultimate game.

Can't imagine he'd be disappointed with our regular season.

I get all of that BUT I still ask "would the crow be towards the Chargers or Norv?"

I for one never doubted the talent on this team except two times...
Merriman not being "Lights Out" anymore since he stopped using steroids.
Cromartie being more caught up in peacocking than being an impact player.
Both those statements are true but they can change.

Aside from that... I've always said we can do it with a better coach.

See I think you miss the point... 'crow' is directed at yourself and stupid statements you've made about anything.

For example... If I said the sun wasn't going to rise tomorrow I would 'eat crow' when it did, but that wouldn't be an insult to the sun (or the earth or the solar system)!
