Which player from Alabama would be the best fit for us? At least 2 or 3 of these guys will be on the board when we pick at #18. Let's say all 4 are there, who do you pick?

I think you have to be somewhat wary of someone with elite production on an elite team, who lacks the measurables. An elite player on a crap team can be focused on (which makes quality production by that player more noteworthy), while a simply "very good" player surrounded by other very good players cannot.

I remember when Auburn won the national title in 2005 and 4 players from the program were drafted in the first. Of Ronnie Brown, Cadillac Williams, Carlos Rogers, and Jason Campbell, only Rogers has been a non-bust, and then only in his 7th year in the league on his 2nd team.

I'm not saying that good players don't come from good/winning college programs, but you have to be careful with regard to what it is you're getting.
