I wasn't trying to 'take a shot' at him. I wasn't criticizing him. I guess I didn't explain it correctly. I don't mean LT doesn't want to play to win, I mean he's lost that 'twinkle in his eye', that inner enthusiasm. Before, even his serious face seemed to look more like a smile. You could just read his love for the game in his eyes.

Once again, you hit the nail on the head. We are an average team, a soft team, one that doesn't hit back when they get punched in the mouth, a team that underachieves on a weekly basis. A team that is very difficult to root for. To be honest, I don't feel the pain after a loss like I used to. At least the 1-15 team in 2000 played with heart and emotion.

We all know Ted Cottrell can't coach, adjust or even motivate. It's becoming painfully clear that Norv seems to fall into this category as well. Carolina, and Denver got EARLY Christmas gifts. We are really 4-1, where we should be. There is alot more balanced teams this year than last year IMO. That being said, I am a little worried. Yeah, JAX is 2-3, like us, and Indy is 2-2, but like I said there is more balanced teams throughout the entire league. I'll say this, there is No F**king way we should not have gained ONE lousy yard on a 4th and goal with our offense. I think that was a poor call, they knew it was coming with LT. Also, if we are not at least 5-3 going into our bye week, we may not be playing in January. We are already 2 games back of Denver, and a Wild Card may not be a possibility with the improvement of other teams. We have some tough games coming up, and I'm not convinced any of them are "EASY" games like we all predicted when the schedule came out. I'm just saying.... But I hope I'm wrong.

I could barely watch most of the Raiders game, and my finger was itching to turn off this game. These aren't the Chargers I know.
We still have Tampa Bay, and Pittsburgh on the road. We have a much better shot against Buffalo than those two road games. 10-6 probably won't get us a Wild Card. We need to win the West, and hope Denver starts losing to achive that. We are 2 games behind already. Last year at 2-3 I believe we were tied for first. Big difference than being back 2 full games. I'm putting a Voodoo curse on Denver. :icon_evil:
