Philip Rivers as many of you know has a charitable foundation; The Rivers of Hope Foundation. The Rivers of Hope Foundation works to find permanent, loving homes for children in the foster care system in San Diego County. The foundation supports programs that provide these children with hope for a brighter future and help place them with forever families.

In order to get more focus on the foundation, and to reach out to the fans, the foundation has started the ASK PHILIP Program.
