thumper banned me because he is corrupt as fuk which resulted in tons of traffic coming to the site begging for my release which made the server slow down.
:icon_rofl: Funny, I didn't see a single post asking for you to come back. I do want to congratulate you on being the first person to be permanently banned through the infraction system here. Further proof that the system is working. Although you won't be back here, I sincerely hope things work out for you. Best of luck MTL.
Yeah things bad last night plus I got knocked off. This afternoon all was great until I went to The Lounge, then it started dragging again, but not as bad as last night. It's better now though in the last few minutes. Thanks for all your work, time and money.
Form seems sluggish again @ 6:40pm. Edit: VisualRoute trace shows 10% packet loss at the bolttalk server.
Geez, I really feel sorry for the regulars on this board...especially this week. Whatever the server charges to serve, it is waaayyy too much. This server is one of the worst. Hope it gets better before the game. There will be lots of disappointed posters.
Seems fast as can be right now. I did spend over two hours discussing this issue with our hosting company this morning. They assured me it will be fixed 100% within 24 hours. Unfortunately, they've told me this before.
I agree with "it comes and goes" comment. It has been laggy even today a few times. I know Thumper is squeezing their nads as much as possible.
No. What was once a decent hosting company has now become a piece of **** hosting company. To be blunt.
Sorry guys. I was assured once again by our hosting company that they will fix these server problems soon.
Thanks for staying on top of this Thumper. The poor performance of ths site has made posting here difficult, given the I usually post at work or early in the morning while getting the kids ready for school.
It has been bad for a while (last two weeks). It seems to come and go and I know Eric is frustrated with the server people and I am wondering what we can do to help?
Really slooooooooow now. Did some traces with Visual Route and no packet loss. Has to be an actual server issue.
