How 'bout that no look 49er's defense? Saints swipe Aubrayo Franklin from Niners Posted by Mike Florio on August 2, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT In a move that is destined to make San Fran fans (like our friend Sam Francisco from San Francisco) even happier about the team’s one-way free-agency door, nose tackle Aubrayo Franklin has bolted for the Bayou. Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Franklin has agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Saints, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. As the free-agency market goes softer than a stick of butter on the dashboard of a car in Hell, look for more of these veteran players to sign one-year deals. Guys who aren’t getting paid what they want to get paid will want to get back on the market in 2012, when perhaps the benefit of a full offseason will result in more money coming their way. Franklin was the Niners’ franchise player in 2010. The eight-year veteran started 60 games in four seasons with the 49ers. He spent his first four seasons as a backup in Baltimore.
Lil' bit. Looks like they're rolling back down hill. And we were doing so well in FA at first, we are so close to filling ALL the gaps we need. What's the hold up? I guess I just want to hear about us being active.
O Finally!! 5 Teams lookin at Floyd. Jason La CanforaAt least five teams in running for WR Floyd Published: August 3rd, 2011 | Tags: Malcom Floyd, Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers, Minnesota Vikings, San Diego Chargers Malcom Floyd is nearing a decision on a new team, and several teams remain interested in the receiver, according to league sources. Floyd is one of the hotter commodities left on the open market, but he has taken his time with his decision. The Chargers would like to retain Floyd, but the Ravens, Panthers, Cardinals and 49ers are among other teams also interested. Several of the teams involved are trying to rework contracts and massage their salary cap and budgets, sources said. The league year is set to open Thursday, and teams need to be in cap compliance by then. So Canfora doesnt realize we wont pay him what one of those other 4 will so technically its a Hypathecical 4 Horse race.
It has become immune to Fire long ago or the Province of Raiderdum would have been free decades ago. What you need to do is use the Holy Water.

The Houston safety?........ I guess his pretty good for a Texan. Not saying a lot, when they had the worst secondary in the league.
Did anyone ever hear that the Chiefs signed Le'ron McClain? That is a pretty good signing for an already potent running attack. and is a big hit to the Ravens offense
Yep, the Chiefs have made some good moves, and still have a ton of cap space. They will be a thorn in our side for some time, by the look of it.
Now that is SHOCKING! Wow I could see CBD before Legs, but damn over M80?? Thou Buff has and seems to continue to be a team that will bring in *pronounced broken and beaten* players and give them a chance to play. Good for him. Some bets are in order for how long......naw that is wrong to bet on people being severely injured.
