Makes sense. He won't re-sign with them considering it's looking like they're going to blow things up for the umpteenth time. He's on the franchise tender, wants a legitimate QB AND to get paid as much or more than VJax got. Funny part is watching so many Chiefs fans insist that he should be valued at a 1st round pick and change.

They do realize that it's a buyer's market on him as he'll walk at the end of the season unless they tag him again or trade him now.

Thus far I've been reading that Miami is the one giving him the most serious look. And they have two 2nd round picks, so I could see a 2nd and a future conditional pick (possibly a 2014 3rd that could become a 2nd if certain benchmarks are met), but that's about it.

Actually what I have heard is that he was approached to be traded and he said yes. So now the best way for KC to gain the upper hand in a deal is for the team to say he wants out badly.

This is a trade that SD really needs to consider.

Even if AJ wanted Bowe there is no way KC would deal with us.

Unfortunately this isn't the NBA where trades happen on the regular, maybe in the offseason but thats about it. Not expecting to hear about someone going after the carcass of Marquis Daniels

KC won't trade him to any team within the division. Pioli is already on the hot seat as it is. Unless he gets a first round pick, as well as other players in a trade, Pioli would be fired for even suggesting trading Bowe to any team in the AFC West.

Only time you trade within your division is if you feel the player you're trading is a liability. See the McNabb trade to from Philly to Washington as an example.

Exactly what CBad Bolt fan said.

Why would you trade a player to make your division opponent better?

I just hope he gets out of the division, he eats our lunch every damn time we play the Chiefs. Jammer and Cason are just clowned by this guy, as they are by most receivers.

Dude, I'd bet A YEAR'S PAY that KC will NOT trade Bowe within the division unless it's for what I outlined in my earlier post (First round pick + other players). If you can't understand that, then you simply don't know the business of football.

Didn't the chiefs trade Chris chambers to the chargers? I know it wasn't the Pioli regime but could still be an option if they're 1-7 and about to fire crennel

What could I buy with a year of your pay? Your minimum wage part time job as a toilet scrubber for McDonald's couldn't even pay for gas here in California. You're welcome.

Nope. That was the Dolphins that traded Chambers to us. Chambers went to the Chiefs as a street free agent after we released him.

Disagree all you like Rickety Rocket, but your postings are all the proof anyone with a semblance of a clue needs.

Have you noticed that you seem to hit the "disagree" icon quite consisently Rick-shaw ????

Do you not like to play with others as a rule, or is this just a Charger-related, me-against-the-world and only my opinion matters persona, you have taken upon yourself, dear youngin' ????

Interesting tact that one ....... you wouldn't have happened to have been a one time member at the CMB back in the day before heading to Bolt Talk, would you ? :)

Your posting style seems familar and that attitude of yours sticks out like John Holmes at a Speedo function.
