There is now a law that says you cant talk on your phone if you are holding it to your ear. Do it and you can get a ticket.

There are different devices you can get besides a earpiece. SDbound posted one that looks pretty cool to me, i just happen to have a ear piece and imo it DOES make a lot easier to concentrate on the raod and easier to drive period. I have had many idiots pull in front of me because they are holding their phone to their ear blabbing away....then again, people here drive like sh1t anyways.

Those who dont agree because most likely you dont want to spend any money.......dont buy one and take your chances.

    Read the edit, dude.

I attempt to argue my point while you cry about superficial bullshit about people not being able to "handle" opposing opinions because they have the audacity to respond with counter-arguments.

    I'm done.

I see your point but that is not my category. The fact is I have read too many reports discussing driver distractions.

Drivers who are easily distracted cause accidents. It has nothing to do with race, religions or cell phones. So my problem is we have a another knee jerk law that does not address the problems of distracted drivers, or the MANY things that distract them...

    You're welcome LV :)

My opinion is - your cell phone call in your car better be more important than my life.

It is, but it does not solve the problem at all. The liberal republic of California needs to give the authorities the ability to pull over and site anyone who is driving in a manner that is unsafe. Not just cell phones.

That is my problem with the law, they Spackle over the rot and say it is good.

Like all the laws make sense
It is against the law to have headphones/earbuds on while driving but now they want you to have a wireless device on your ear so you can talk and drive with both hands :icon_huh:

Just get your wireless device and shudup
