I was hoping to see the Charger game in Pheonix at the U of P stadium. I'm travelling w/ my son. He's considering ASU and U of A, so we're checking out the campus'.

We'll go to the U of P stadium to see the stadium and the little motorcycle show tomorrow. I'll also scope seats for Feb.

Anyway if the Chargers play on Monday night we'll stay to see the ASU vs. Cal game Saturday night before heading to San Diego to visit UCSD, take in the game then head to CalPoly before heading home to NorCal.

BTW when we were at the Hyatt here the manager told me that there are alot of Charger fans in town??? So I'm not the only one biitches. :icon_evil:

Official family business, eh? Well then... that ain't so bad. Be proud of your son. He must have a good head on his shoulders, 'cause all those places you mentioned have some hot women. Enjoy the sites!! But I'd hate to be one of those suckers who went out there assuming it was gonna be in AZ without getting actual confirmation. The suspense must be killing 'em!!! :lol:

We'll be back in San Diego early Sunday. (2-3am?) I can't miss the game.

Tomorrow we're going to visit U of A, then back here for the ASU vs. Cal game at 7pm and on the road by 10pm, I hope.

We visited U of P stadium today. That stadium is as close to perfect as anything I've seen. It is amazing. We deserve something like it in San Diego.

My son is very fond of ASU and their engineering department. I think it will come down to ASU or UCSD, he loves the desert though. I don't think ASU's 60+% female student body escaped him either.

All in all, we are having a fun road trip. See you guys Sunday at the tailgater.

I was looking for threads on our rough start last year and found this old thread. Anyway, yes we made both games, ASU at 7:00-10:30 pm,

and San Diego at 1:00pm,

including a Bolttalk tailgate at 10 am.

I know, it's nothing compared to that Alex dude. Can you imagine how cool that would be?
