    Teams are reflections of their coaches. Norv is soft and and the Chargers are soft. This team has no heart because their coach has no heart.

    Last season was a perfect example of a team winning in spite of their coach not because of their coach.

    At the end of this wasted season Norv needs to go.

    I kind of think the problem is san diego. Just too nice of a city. So the players are just more laid back and easy going. Give me my millions and I'll enjoy life. Whereas if they lived in pittsburgh or most any other city in the usa that is a god for saken cess pool of cement and grime all they have to look forward to is playing on sundays so they can take their minds off the crraapy places they live in.

    If the spanos's were serious about winning they'd move the team to butte montana or someplace in Nebraska where they haven't a clue about anything except football and dirt. Iowa is a thought as well.

    Listneing to the 7/39 post game... the Charger players don't even look pizzed off or upset that they lost.

    They look like they don't even care that they lost and are 4-7.

    Norv has sucked the life right out of these guys. "We're disappointed" - not mad as hell--- but just disappointed. LT he shows more emotion selling us Oggie's or Chunky F***ing soup than he does playing football.
