    Fine. He was handed a team that finished 14-2 the season before he came here. You and Conc love to play stupid!!!

    I gave Norv credit last season for not *****ing it up. This year and last year, we started winning after the players only meeting.

    Here's an example of Norv's horrible coaching... Last season, he couldn't figure out how to get MT involved in the game till LT was injured. Same situation with Hester this season!!!!
    We could have traded MT last season if we weren't going to use him.
    Why did we give up a #2 draft pick for Hester if he's going to ride the bench 95% of the season?
    We ditched Neil because AJ felt he didn't fit into Norv's play style. Yes, Neil asked to be traded after he realized he'd be on the bench 95% of the season.

    Keep hugging you Norv pillow but he destroyed our running game. Sure, we saw some good games here and there but our running game turned form one of the best in the league to inconsistent. Face facts!

    Answer these questions...
    If Norv were fired today, do you think other teams would be lining up to interview him for a HC position?
    If some other team did hire him as HC, do you think their fans would be celebrating?

    Because you see... if you give him all of the credit for ruining the team, then he must be given all of the credit for bringing the team into the playoffs and winning.
