No bads. Just nonsenseocity in overdrive. By the way, this week we add OCITY to words that are not supposed to have it... Got it?
I created my singon name because I like to drill bolts into my body. Like a tattoo, they'll be there for life!!!!
Mine comes from the fact that I love the old powder blue jerseys. It just came to me while I was registering at the last forum I was on and even though it may sound wierd for a guy, I liked it.
they are heresy to me...I've posted my furor regarding them elsewhere, and I don't want people here to think I'm a raving mad lunatic about uniforms....but yeah, I can't associate the word throwback with our new alternates.
Well the throwbacks have changed in the past. Our TBs last season were different than the ones Seau and Means wore. But the new ones just look odd to me. I really like the new navy and White ones though.
Yeah, they aren't all that bad once you get used to them. I had a sneaking suspicion last year that we would someday move the arm numbers to the shoulders.
Contrary to popular belief -- and my signature pic that I did as a joke -- mine has nothing to do with Captain D's. Back some 20 years ago when the Nintendo craze started, I was right in the mix. I'd usually rent games from the local grocery store for a few nights until I could cross it off of my list of games I had officially finished and/or won. That list eventually grew to about 150. I was a Nintendo addict. No game, and no one, could beat me. Nintendo was so popular they had a magazine complete with a mascot: Captain Nintendo. I never saw the thing, but a number of my friends knew about it. Once word got around how many games I had won, one of my friends started calling me Captain Nintendo. Over the years, the Nintendo part was dropped. I'm just the Captain now. I just added the "D" for my last name. I think "captain" was taken when I first started visiting sports forums on the internet.
