People can blame Norv all they want, but the fact is, if not for rivers inability to look like and NFL QB, we would of won the last two games Last week, if he doesnt throw a ball so high that even the 6'5 Vincent Jackson couldnt catch it on 3rd and 3, we probably run out that game. Then he just makes it worse by coming back on the next drive and locking on to LT and staring him down the entire time and throws ANOTHER INT to a LB This week, he had Buster for an easy TD, instead gets picked off and then throws another INT to a LB again, Then fumbles AGAIN (what is that 5 fumbled in 4 games??) I think its safe to say the NFL has figured Rivers out
There was no excuse for any of these games. If you are going to win a super bowl, you have to be able to beat Green Bay. You have to beat Kansas City. We have sucked the big one. It is going to take a miracle to get this team looking like they can even dream about the playoffs. It's only close because it's early in the season. One play at a time, the last one is gone. One game at a time, the last one is gone. These philosophies helped us last year, and you can tell the absence of them right now. I have to be realistic right now, we don't stand a chance with the way the coaching is going. Not saying it can't get turned around, but the players aren't going to do it by themselves.
We hit rock bottom yesterday and it's ALL on Norv. If we still had Marty, I guarantee we would be at least 3-1!!! Not to mention, Rivers would looking like he did last season and our offensive line would be as vicious as it was last season!!! Norv has turned our Offensive Line into ***** cats!!! Can you think of ONE team we can beat right now? I can't. If we can't beat the Quiefs, who can we beat? We could very realistically finish at 1-15. I don't want that but FACE FACTS!!!!! Thank you but no thank you. This is not an "I told you so" thread. Yes, I warned everybody about Norv in the beginning. Simply because I know how horrible he is. If I warn somebody there's a shark in the water and he went for a swim, that doesn't mean I wanted him to die! Why aren't you calling for Norv's head?

How many years did he coach? I'm referring to coaches who have coached for a number of years and maybe a few different teams.
