I'm not sure why that would upset you. The guy cares and is challenging his teammates not to pack it in. He has been the face of this franchise since he was drafted so naturally reports will run to him for his opinion on everything related to the team. Nothing wrong with that.

LT hasn't been the same since he p*ssied out in the playoff game... take a reality check... you know it's true! He talks tough in the press room about wanting to win... but the only yardage he's making is on the EASY TURF commercials. Clueless in San Diego Results are showing me Norv is a pathetic tard and he couldn't fire the team up if he backed into a blow torch. He is the one constant that stayed the same. AJ got rid of the players who rallied this team last year... and replaced them. Now all the team is left with is Norval "Dickman" Turner.... the King of the Losers.
I can't believe there are people like you still around that are bagging LT for not finishing the AFCCG. He played hurt early this year and was seen as "hurting his team." Which is it? Play hurt, or don't? The MCL injury was far worse than the injured toe he played on early this year. This is the same guy that signed an extension because he wanted to stay with San Diego and be part of rebuilding into a winning organization. He didn't take the easy out and wait for free agency and big bucks with a contender. LT is a bonafide pro. Those of you who are bagging on him, don't know anything. In this down year, he's still put up a ton of all purpose yards. If any of you have been watching any of the games, it's clear that we are no longer able to run the football. And that the Oline and the offensive philosphy is more to blame. Other teams know that, that's why they still stack the box against LT. Show respect to one of the NFL's greatest players to ever strap it on. His will to win should not be doubted. Just look at his work ethic and track record. He deserves respect and those of you who have turned your back on this hometown hero are lame.
LT should take control of the team in the locker room and let norv do the coaching on the field. Our team doesnt come to the stadium ready to play. LT is a veteran of 8 years, he should be on the sidelines motivating his teammates, or studying his plays, not sulking by himself at the end of the bench. Norv obviously is not a head coach but the blames not all his.
LT is not the first great runner to have an off year after recovering from one injury and then picking up another, both to the lower extremities. We haven't gotten adequate line play, Tolbert hasn't yet developed into a proper NFL full back and Norval is no longer getting the best out of the roster. Jamal is one exception. After starting with a hot hand, Rivers has tailed off. Even the Special Teams aren't so special at the moment, despite some bright spots yesterday. Atlanta had a shorter field to play on more times than I've seen for a while. Bagging on LT right now is a great way to show a complete lack of class.
