...because he's overrrated. Look at his record in bowl games and against top-10 opponents. The guy does not elevate his play in big games. Major caveat IMO!

Quinn is one of those guys who scouts love because he has everything you want in a QB physically. He's a Notre Dame product so he's utlra-hyped and he played for a coach with major NFL experience, so everyone will think Quinn is NFL-ready. I think he is poised to be one of the biggest QB-busts of the last ten years.

Oakland will look at the top offensive picks, which will include Calvin Johnson.. They have so many needs on offense that it's hard to say who they'll pick first. I was thinking Brady Quinn... but after the Sugar Bowl, the Turds may be rethinking that option.

Quinn won't be terrible. He won't be a Ryan Leaf type bust. But I have my serious doubts as to whether he'll be consistent or whether he'll have that "it" factor QB's need to win big games. I'm thinking his career will somewhat mirror what we've seen from Eli Manning so far. There will be times when he looks good and fans will get all excited but as time goes on they'll realize he is simply inadequate as a big-time QB in the NFL.

I just hope they don't take Jamarcus Russell if he declares.

The thing that's really sweet is that any young QB taken by the Raiders has probably a 50% greater chance of being a bust than if he was taken by most any other team. They are in such disarray right now...

Zach Miller in the early second would be HUGE for the raiders. I wasn't even thinking about how they have the first pick in the 2nd round... there is going to be some major talent there. Hopefully for you they won't blow the pick on some retard

I like McDaniels. If I had to choose, I'd pick someone with some NFL experience, versus a college coach. I just think of Saban, Carroll, Spurrier, etc.. College to NFL doesn't translate very well.

Wrong. He is better than Brady Quinn , much better.

Quinn is a real good candidate to bust.
