Is there anyone who's not on the wagon by now, though?

Who would you like to see replace him?

Singletary would be nice, but I don't see the 9ers let him go.

Do you think Ron Rivera would make a good HC?

Singletary would be good but I agree that he won't be available.
Rivera wouldn't be a bad decision either.

    I want Brian Billick!!!
Cower would be good too but I don't see that happening without AJ getting the axe.
Maybe even Kiffin. He had the Raiders playing tough.

I'm pretty sure Marvin Lewis will be available. If we get Billick, I can almost guarantee Lewis will be come our DC (unless another team gives him an offer as HC).
If Rivera becomes our HC... He should give Lewis a call.

Though that's their decision and NOT AJ's.
I want a coach that will sock AJ in the mouth is he tries the same bullsh*t with him as he did with Marty!!!

Kiffin isn't an option, he just got hired by the Tennessee Volunteers.

I do agree that AJ needs to let his HC (whomever it ends up being....hopefully not Norv still) choose his coordinators.

Not only that. AJ needs to stay away and let the HC do his job.
AJ is to ONLY concentrate on draft, FA, and cap room.
He is ONLY to build the team. The HC is to run it!!!

I'm on the fire Norv train as long as I'm sure the replacement will be better. In this case, there's no real certainty that there is a better replacment. So fire Norv if and only if we can get someone better. I'd say Billick would be a good fit but I doubt he'll come out of semi-retirement to coach a 6-10 San Diego squad.

Not entirely, a good GM and an HC have got to work well together. the HC says what he needs and the GM has to go out and get those players. GM is otherwise just BPAing until the cows come home

Oh! I'm also on board as long as conductor B4L doesn't drive the train to "FIRE AJ" land. I still like and absolutely want to keep Mr. Smith as GM.
