A lady wrote a lot of letters to the White House complaining about the treatment of captive insurgents (terrorists) being held in Guantanamo Bay. She received back the following reply: The White House 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington, D.C. 20016 Dear Concerned Citizen: Thank you for your recent letter roundly criticizing our treatment of the Taliban and Al Quada detainees currently being held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Our administration takes these matters seriously and your opinion was heard loud and clear here in Washington. You'll be pleased to learn that, thanks to the concerns of citizens like yourself, we are creating a new division of the Terrorist Retraining Program, to be called the "Liberals Accept Responsibility for Killers" program, or LARK for short. In accordance with the guidelines of this new program, we have decided to place one terrorist under your personal care. Your personal detainee has been selected and scheduled for transportation under heavily armed guard to your residence next Monday. Ali Mohammed Ahmed bin Mahmud (you can just call him Ahmed) is to be cared for pursuant to the standards you personally demanded in your letter of complaint. It will likely be necessary for you to hire some assistant caretakers. We will conduct weekly inspections to ensure that your standards of care for Ahmed are commensurate with those you so strongly recommended in your letter. Although Ahmed is a sociopath and extremely violent, we hope that your sensitivity to what you described as his "attitudinal problem" will help him overcome these character flaws. Perhaps you are correct in describing these problems as mere cultural differences. We understand that you plan to offer counseling and home schooling. Your adopted terrorist is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat and can extinguish human life with such simple items as a pencil or nail clippers. We advise that you do not ask him to demonstrate these skills at your next yoga group. He is also expert at making a wide variety of explosive devices from common household products , so you may wish to keep those items locked up, unless (in your opinion) this might offend him. Ahmed will not wish to interact with you or your daughters (except sexually), since he views all females as a subhuman form of property. This is a particularly sensitive subject for him and he has been known to show violent tendencies around women who fail to comply with the new dress code that he will recommend as more appropriate attire. I'm sure you will come to enjoy the anonymity offered by the burka -- over time. Just remember that it is all part of "respecting his culture and his religious beliefs." Wasn't that how you put it? Thanks again for your letter. We truly appreciate it when folks like you keep us informed of the proper way to do our job. You take good care of Ahmed - and remember, we'll be watching. Good luck! Your friend, GEORGE W. BUSH

Professor Tells Muslims to Leave Country WELL, what do we have here? Looks like a small case of some people being able to dish it out, but not take it. Let's start at the top. The story begins at Michigan State University with a mechanical engineering professor named Indrek Wichman. Wichman sent an e-mail to the Muslim Student's Association. The e-mail was in response to the students' protest of the Danish cartoons that portrayed the Prophet Muhammad as a terrorist. The group had complained the cartoons were "hate speech." Enter Professor Wichman. In his e-mail, he said the following: Dear Moslem Association: As a professor of Mechanical Engineering here at MSU I intend to protest your protest. I am offended not by cartoons, but by more mundane things like beheadings of civilians, cowardly attacks on public buildings, suicide murders, murders of Catholic priests (the latest in Turkey), burnings of Christian churches, the continued persecution of Coptic Christians in Egypt, the imposition of Sharia law on non-Muslims, the rapes of Scandinavian girls and women (called "whores" in your culture), the murder of film directors in Holland, and the rioting and looting in Paris France. This is what offends me, a soft-spoken person and academic, and many, many of my colleagues. I counsel your dissatisfied, aggressive, brutal, and uncivilized slave-trading Muslim's to be very aw are of this as you proceed with your infantile "protests." If you do not like the values of the West - see the 1st Amendment - you are free to leave. I hope for God's sake that most of you choose that option. Please return to your ancestral homelands and build them up yourselves instead of troubling Americans. Cordially, I. S. Wichman Professor of Mechanical Engineering As you can imagine, the Muslim group at the university didn't like this too well. They're demanding that Wichman be reprimanded and mandatory diversity training for faculty and a seminar on hate and discrimination for freshman. Now the chapter of CAIR has jumped into the fray. CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, apparently doesn't believe that the good professor had the right to express his opinion. For its part, the university is standing its ground, sa ying the e-mail was private, and they don't intend to publicly condemn his remarks. That will probably change. Wichman says he never intended for his e-mail to be made public, and wouldn't have used the same strong language if he'd known it was going to get out. How's the left going to handle this one? If you're in favor of the freedom of speech, as in the case of Ward Churchill, will the same protections be demanded for Indrek Wichman? I doubt it. We are in a war. This political correctness crap is getting old and killing us. For you Cynics this is true...please check http://www.snopes.com/politics/soapbox/wichman.asp
You know, if I ever happen to be on vacation during a stupid liberal anti-war protest, I'm going to go down there with a few others, set up a few tables, hold a job fair and hand out free bars of soap. Because if they had a fucing job, they wouldn't have time to waste an entire day making senseless little ryhmes to march to, stinking up the block with their bong smoke, making cute little signs, and dressing up like sea turtles (whatever that means, I've never figured it out). Just sayin'.
Ever seen the Mr Hanky episode from South Park? That's what compromise will get you. "Happy, happy, happy...everybody's happy..." Don't get me wrong...people can have anti-war demonstrations if they like. But I can also make fun of them. We're human. It will never happen. It's the pipe dream of communists that the only way to cease all fighting is for the state to assume all power and keep people in a state of permanent fear. It's been tried before. Didn't work. 30 million plus dead to show for it. Although that won't stop them from trying it again. I tried to learn from Raiders fans. I decided it was better to stay out of jail. I'm willing to learn and respect others' beliefs and whatnot, but I'm not willing to compromise what I believe in. At the end of the day, we have a beer, talk football and go home. No offense taken. None assumed. Besides...the day we all believe in the same things is the day freedom ceases to exist.
If you mean to keep people from infringing upon the rights of others, yeah, I agree with that. It's just that there's a fine line with me where gov't shouldn't encroach. I won't let my beliefs bend with other people. But at the same time, I don't have many friends who believe in the same things I do, so obviously I respect their beliefs. Otherwise, we wouldn't still be friends. We poke fun at each other, take cheap shots, debate (sometimes heated debate) and whatnot...and at the end of the day, we have a beer and talk about good times. That's just the way I've always been. No prob. :icon_toast:
Now for my thoughts. I do not want our troops to just come home now from war. America would be from the worlds perspecrive weak and ready to be conquered and be conquered. If I were to do what ever I wanted but would mentally harm someone. Would that be alright to you because the person was not harmed in a physical sense? No one person knows for sure if what they want to do freely is not harming another person in some way. Even the other persons property. That is why I think some regulation on us being able to do what we want should have a lot of limits placed on them. The way I am understanding this is that I need permission/consent from the person that is harming me, for me to protect myself by any means. I do not need the other person permission/consent to protect myself from their harm to me. That is my opinion about that. I do not want to be forced to compromise the way that I am. I do not want to be discounted from being who I am from anothers person way of them being who they are. We need to be who we are without compromise what we stand for and beliefs. Again I do not want to be discounted or lessened to allow some one or people to be allowed to be who they are and not allow me to be who I am or to comprimise who I am. If I have tried to understand someone else but failed in comprehension to understand. Not being stubborn or closed minded, just the inability to comprehend them I should not be forced or prosecuted to understand them for not understanding from comprehensions point to the other person to include their beliefs. That is where I come from on this post from VDK.
You don't know what a protest is. Most protests up here in Canada end with riot squads and tear gas. Besides, this protest is against Stephen Harper being fooled into giving Bush our resources and helping his phony wars. We don't want Bush in our country. Calderon is ok but Bush can **** off.
Iranians are good people. There are many here and they are all nice and peaceful. Don't believe the bullshit.
The youth of Iran has little opposition to the West. I just hope we can ride out this archaic generation in power -- namely this idiot Ahmadjiaudpuagoihdgiagijad -- until the youth take over. He seems hellbent on causing problems. I'm not sure he's even mentally stable, which is worrisome. For now.
Remember when they busted a soldier who wanted to sell secrets to Al-Q? Well, as it happens, the case was one of several broken open by a lady in Montana, a former judge who now goes on jihad websites pretending to be one of 'em... then turns over what the "brothers" tell her to the FBI. You know, the kind of stings the FBI should be doing but with half the agents assigned to PR and the other half acting as technical advisors for Hollywood, they need the volunteer help... Ex-judge turns terrorist hunter
Good for her and there's a lot of good people doing a lot of good work; let's just hope nobody finds out who they are. These fucs want a fight then that's what they'll get.
Get a load of this crap: http://news.yahoo.com/s/csm/20070813/ts_csm/apadillaone_1 All of a sudden this pos is a victim? Fucing media, who are these clowns? UC Berkeley or UC Davis grads? Unbelievable.
That may be but the article is typical touchy-feely propoganda IMO especially in the beginning. And hey if dude is all fuced up (which I think is an act) then maybe the next agent for the Religion of Peace will have something to think about. To each is own I guess but I don't give a fuc about Padilla. Besides there were several well informed people in here who stated that the Feds don't bring a case unless they have some solid evidence. I'm not sure I buy any of it.
Yeah, I won't quibble about the article, altho in THIS particular case, the article keys in on shrinks reports on the mental status of Padilla, who, truth be known, I don't give a **** about either. My quarrel is with this administration's Justice department. I don't think the AG can find his *** with both hands.
A variation on an oldie but goodie- An Arab had spent many days crossing the desert without finding a source of water. It got so bad that his camel died of thirst. He crawled through the sands, certain that he was breathing his last breath, when suddenly, he saw a shiny object sticking out of the sand several yards ahead of him. He crawled to the object, pulled it out of the sand, and discovered that he had a Carmel wine bottle. It appeared that there may be a drop or two left in the bottle, so he unscrewed the top, and out popped a genie . BUT this was no ordinary genie. This genie appeared to be a Chasidic Rabbi, complete with black alpaca coat, black hat, side curls, and tzitzies. "Vell kid," said the genie, "you know how it voiks. You got three vishes." "I'm not going to trust you,' says the Arab. "I'm not going to trust a Jewish genie!" "Vott'ya you got to lose? Looks ta me - you're a gonner anyvay!" The Arab thought about this for a minute, and decided that the genie was right. "Okay, I wish I were in a lush oasis, with plentiful food and drink." ** * * * * * * P O O F * * * * * * * * * The Arab found himself in the most beautiful oasis he had ever seen and he was surrounded with jugs of wine and platters of delicacies. "Okee-dokee kiddo, vat's your second vish?" "My second wish is that I were rich beyond my wildest dreams." ** * * * * * P O O F * * * * * * * * * The Arab found himself surrounded by treasure chests filled with rare old coins and precious gems. "Okay kid, you got just vone more vish. Better should make it a good vone!" After thinking for a few minutes, the Arab says, "I wish that no matter where I go, beautiful women will always need and want me !" ** * * * * * * * P O O F * * * * * * He was turned into a tampon. THE MORAL OF THE STORY: If you're an Arab doing business with a Jewish genie, there's going to be a string attached.
Hey this admin is a mess no doubt about it. What bothers me about the MSM is they never have anything good to say about America and if enough idiots actually believe what is written and what they watch then they too don't see anything good about America. It pisses me off and I rarely even watch the news anymore especially here in the Bay Area.
