Why are you confused that you are the only one who is making that rule? The font has changed multiple times on the throwbacks. When we first word the throwbacks we had a stripe on the leg, no bolt at all. The changes you are twittered about are cosmetic. Sorry, I dont think it is as big a deal as you make it. The trowbacks are what they are. Like them or not. Are you confused about that?
I think throwbacks should recall and pay tribute to another era. Alternates are just basically the same unis in a different color. Seems like a pretty simple distinction. Anyway, this is far too stupid to continue arguing about. I'm done.
Gimme those old time uniforms, gimme those old time uniforms, gimme those old time uniforms! They were good enough for Jesus and they're good enough for me!
I was done, but I noticed that even the owner's retarded grandson knows what they are: “It took some doing, but we were able to get the jerseys back just before they hit the auction site,” said A.G. Spanos, the Chargers’ executive vice president & executive officer. “We hope by wearing these special alternate uniforms, it will help generate added excitement for both our players as well as our fans and give us an even stronger home-field advantage.” OK, now I'm done.
All I know is that I'll be wearing my, Alternative/throwback/different font/wrong bolt on the sleeve/gay powder blue/lighter blue/powder blue/current throwback #85 Gates jersey to the game. :icon_wtf:
Yeah...I guess it was...but it was also raining so it didn't really have the same effect...I want to see a sea of towels like during the Padres postseason of 1998. I was at the last 3 playoff games...and I just remember those stupid pom pom's from the New England playoff game.
If we lose the game, we should NEVER wear those stupid gay looking unis again. But if we win...wear them throughout the playoffs :icon_rofl: Or at least if we get another home playoff game.
I don't care if we wear all pink uni's in support of breast cancer, just win the damn GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
