Another reason why Kobe is a classless *** clown. He should thank Shaq for allowing him to ride his coat tails to 3 championships.

right but when shaq starts rapping "Kobe tell me how my *** tastes?" after Kobe loses i guess that makes him a classy guy...

hypocritical...he owes shaq nothing...shaq owes him his respect...just like you do...

all time great you're witnessing whether you like it or not...dont like? too bad...

oh and if the celts had won this its

"oh see how great the celtics are" "they're sooooo deep and talented and too much for the lakers"

but if the lakers win its the refs...

    yeah right...

oh yeah...shq won all them championships carrying kobe too right?

**** outta here...you can tell the real basketball fans from the casuals..only casuals talk like that...

nobody says jordan should thank pippen and he was a top 3 player in the league..and could still carry the bulls to an ECCG,,,

    dont be a hypocrite...

Come on, if your a Laker fan then you know that was in response to what all that **** that was going down between Shaq and him. Kobe ratting him out during the **** trial and his role in Shaq's exit out of LA.

Kobe is a talented player. Overhyped and always will be a classless douchebag IMO.

Regardless of what happened in games 1-6. This game 7 should have comedown to the players especially in the 4th quarter. How can any team overcome that many calls against them? 21-4 in FT's alone. When the game started to get out of hand for the Lakers the refs were there to bail them out.

Try following along in the conversation next time.

All the conversation about being able to root for whatever team was in response to this.

    as well as this

Kobe has two rings that say he doesn't have to ride anybody's coattails to a championship.

this series? in different locations? not game 7?

your only points were that nobody could tell you who to root for and bad calls go both ways over the course of our lives. now do you see where im going with this?

I'll give him 1. He rode the refs coattails to this one.

yu clearly dont remember Shaq sayng he likes Kobe and wants him to win maybe 2 weeks before that then do you?

    Nope...

so its still a two-faced scumbag move by shaq regardless...

you'll always try to find a way to discredit the lakers and kobe...

and everytime they'll just go out there and make yall look stupid and prove you wrong..

i started this thread 3 seasons ago and its seen

    3 appearances
    2 against the celtics
    2 titles
2 finals mvp's for kobe (even tho this one i dont agree)
1 title at the hand of the celtics

make all the excuses you want...but he isnt just talented...he's an all time great...and only MJ can compare...and many experts and insiders believe Kobe is better..even former jordan teammates...

dont believe me? ask Chris Broussard..

Kobe's skill set is light years ahead of the competition...and he absolutely destroyed jordan in head to head games...

he's beyond just talented..thats for sure...

anyways...5 rings and counting...and i know yall no likey...

and for all the talk about the calls and free throws in game 7...nobody acknowledges the fact the lakers stayed in the game the whole time by offensive rebounding alone...so as bad as they shot they still stayed close regardless...when they really shouldnt have...

whatever tho...im done debating this ...

    Lakers >>>>>>
    Kobe >>>>>>>>>>>>>

You can find instances in any close game in any sport where it can be argued that the refs cost the losing team the game. That's the nature of close games.

Crying about the refs costing the team the game is pansy *** behavior.

The only time it's somewhat acceptable is when it's blatantly obvious like with Hochuli. And even then the Chargers still had a chance to win it despite Hochuli's screw up.

You guys are reaching at major straws here fueled by your Lakers hate.

Dang Leo, so you don't think that the biased officiating in this game was not blatantly obvious and in cost the Celtics the game and series? Did you watch the game? Look I root against Kobe and the Lakers because I can't stand them. If they they actually won the game outright, I would have given them their props on a tough series.

Anyways. NBA season is over. Time to focus on the World Cup and NFL season.

For all the talk about a monumental hosing by the refs that the Celtics took I just cant see how anyone outside of Boston (or being a Laker hater) can buy it. Bad calls went both ways...including the 4th quarter. If a disgraced former referee who has nothing but time on his hands to discredit the NBA can see it I dont see how everyone else cant also. Bottom line, there were bad calls and good calls. It wasnt so much in one teams favor though.
