I agree with you.. I think the Chargers are willing to pay him roughly $1.5-2M a year if that, while other teams will throw 3M+ at him like the Raiders or Jets. Raiders will most likely lose Michael Bush. But, letting him set the market for himself is fair and smart. So we shall see..
Tolbert will cost number 2 RB money, and maybe starting RB money if someone out there falls in love with him (doubtful). Either way, that's more than his special teams value to our cap.
