That one is a rivalry game though, so you never know. Personally, I wouldn't touch it. I don't like betting ND games.
That's a tough one to call. Last year, ND beat Purdue in Purdue's house, 49-28. A game that wasn't as close as the final score as Purdue scored two TDs in the last 9 minutes when ND's defensive backups were in the game, after the Irish went up 42-14 near the beginning of the 4th. Now, they play at South Bend. However, it's interesting that under Weis so far, all of ND's losses (besides the bowl game), have come at home, instead of on the road. It almost makes me want ND to play all their games on the road. :icon_mrgreen: Purdue is looking better than they did last year. So, I think ND will still win, in South Bend, but the difference may be only 10 or 13 points, instead of the 21 point shellacking they put on the Boilermakers last year. That would make Purdue +16 a close one.
If the Falcons win -4 tonight I hit it big on a parlay that pays $175 on a seven dollar bet. Go Falcons!!
Well, the 49ers may be without their starting RB Frank Gore and 1st round draft pick Vernon Davis when they face us on Oct 15. Gore suffered a ligament sprain and Davis a cracked fibula bone, on the same play. The play was where Gore fumbled at the Philly 2 yard line and the ball was run back 98 yards by the Eagles for a TD. Get your bets for the Chargers in on that game, before the spread goes up.
Yah I also like Georgia Tech +9 over VTech at first glance but I would wait to see if there will likely be movement to +10. I have seen all of VTech's games and they are way overrated. Georgia Tech can shut down their offense and Reggie and Calvin will be able to put up at least 17 points. Also, two of VTech's starters have been suspended and will not be playing against GTech. Yah GTech lost 51-7 last year but they actually had an offense back then. This time they don't and they don't have Chris Ellis (suspended), Jimmy Williams, Darryl Tapp, James Anderson and Jon Lewis. That is a major dropoff in the pass rush/pass coverage dept. and their run defense this year seems like it can be exposed if attacked properply.
Guys help me out. Goin to vegas this weekend. Gimme some thoughts on games to look at. There are alot of scary games this weekend. Colts at Jets, Browns at Raiders, and so on. Can you guys give me some advice and help me determine what games to stay away from. If you have some locks, that would be great. If i win and your going to the niner game, I got some beers waiting for you. Thanks.
NFL-wise getting a point with Minny in Buffalo is mighty tempting to me. I love the Vikings this year.
You were right last week and will probobly prove correct again this week, I'm all over MIN +anything over Buffalo.
How about picking against SDSU? They are a bad team right now. Alexander is out and when you play chicago, you need a solid running game. I will put my money on chicago IN chicago!
I think I will parlay.... philly over packers chicago over seahawks kc over niners atl over arizona rams over detroit carolina over saints all depends on point spreads but i like these straight up staying away from colts/jets, browns/raiders, sd/balti unless i go over/under. What do you think about the texans/dolphins matchup?
