Just got back. I want to go watch it a 2nd time.....something I've only done once before, ever. (Go to the theaters to watch a movie I've already seen.)
I'm a man of my word. And the 3 day box office gross record is gonna fall by tomorrow afternoon/night. Revenge of the Sith's midnight showing record fell already, and TDK is already about 7+ mil ahead of Spidey 3's record setting pace.
Everyone please go see the Dark Knight. it is that good. It is a Movie that you will want to see over and over and over again. :yes: :icon_banana: :icon_toast: Why So Serious. :lol: :icon_rofl:
I heard a negative review from a NY writer on NPR, but that's been the only one. I'll wait until the rush dies down to go & see it.
Don't read the reviews, anyone giving this a bad review is just a pretentious ******* who is trolling the masses. Don't worry about the hype. It is well deserved. The Godfather, Part II The Empire Strikes Back The Dark Knight Now, let's put a smile on that face.
BTW, the record has fallen. TDK is the new champ. The Dark Knight is reported to bring in $155 mil but the end of the day. Spidey 3 did just over $151 mil.

We could have a pretty killer party with .5% of that. I saw on the news this morning the official take this weekend was in the 158 mil range, still smacking that ****** spidey 3 movie down where it belongs, in the trash. Im guessin the 199 mil included overseas maybe?
I've seen it twice so far. By far the best comic book movie ever made. Nolan has done a great job with the Batman movies so far, and I hope that the Riddler makes an appearance in the next film.
i want to see more of two face personally, maybe with the riddler dent's fall is such an interesting story

Hell yeah! Just like you I want the Titanic to sink in the record books. The Dark Knight I hope makes Movie history by getting the most box office $$$$$ that will not be surpassed for our lifetimes. The Dark Knight just Kicks major A$$. The acting was and is top notched. The Directing is as well off the charts when all the scenes just seem to come together seamlessly.Christopher Nolans uncanny ability to get actors that not just fit the part but are in my opinion blowing me away by first Heath Ledger as the Joker. At first I though Heath would kind of be soft in a way but he was not at all he was so vicious that I do not think another actor can or could out do Heath ledger performance as the Joker. There is Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent AKA (Twoface) as well can not be out done because he was able to play the character in such a way that you could believe he is that insane. Even Cristian Bale as the Batman was this time better because I think Cristian finally get what it means to be the Dark Knight. He does not look lost like he did in Batman begins. I will sometime next week see the Dark knight as many times as I can because it is that Damn good. That is all my opinion.
