Im going to go out on a limb and say we do something negative that hasn't been done or seen in 20 years
with a tie game and with the Chargers kicking a 53 yard field goal to win the game the kick falls just short and the Bengals run that kick back for the winning touchdown as time runs out.
I hate to break it to you guys, but the losing streak ends today. The Bolts will rattle of four straight wins, they will be in perfect contention for the wild card. It will come down to a team that needs to lose on a 10am game, and that team will lose, making it so all the Chargers need to do is win their last game against the Faiders to get the wild card. The Chargers will lose, and go 8-8, miss the playoffs, get a #18 draft pick. AJ will be retained, Norv fired. Any thoughts?
Pit just beat the Ravens, something we were unable to do. There are many ways to lose a game, but having Norv as your HC is the best of them.
Embrace the suck. You're still looking at this team as being less inept than those opponents, and that is why you don't see the top 5 pick.
No someone accused me of not understanding the Norval affect, this proves, I completely understand it. We now are out of playoff contention, the only hope is to lose out for a high pick, but the Norval affect will take place, and we will win out, thus missing the playoffs, and screwing our draft position.
