I had some extremely good news today! I was sitting in my government class waiting to take a test this morning, and a different professor stuck her head in the door and said that ours had called in sick and that the test would be on Monday. Woohoo!!

As I'm getting my shiit together to leave and start my weekend a little early, my cell phone rings. Its my son calling from Afghanistan. He's been pulled offa the line, which means he won't go out on anymore combat missions!! He's even had to turn in his rifleand the plates for his body arrmor so they can be re-issued to replacement troops. I'm absolutely ecstatic!!!

He'll be back on US soil in about 2 weeks!!!
