Some dude on the NFL Forum, one of the posters who everyone there think he knows his ****, told me that Gruden has the least "wordy" version of the WC offense being used.

Jim Miller used the word "stupid" on Sirus to describe the overly verbaiged offense. Phil Simms said it was more complicated to learn the LONG play call verbaige (Simms couched his statements very tactfully, considering his son plays in TB), and another QB (I think Boomer Esaison) said it didn't need to be that wordy or complicated.

I'll take three former NFL QB's word over some dumbass from a forum.
