Yo DB! I don't think I met your group. I was speaking to quite few Chargers fans though. I was on the ale from 11 though, then carried on from there. I've had a rough time of it today!

Real shame I didn't meet with you guys.

Don't be down on London. As said elsewhere, it was the Saints home game.
But man, you shoulda seen the number of Bolts fans - it was truly amazing. This was American Football doing what it does best - bringing together people from all walks of life together for 3 hours of magic. Meeting Swede's, Germans, Italians, Dutch, Irish, Brazilians, Americans - and even some English! All great people and great Bolt fans.

The defense stunk, but boy did we get pissed.

We'd still be in the Green Man - and I'd be divorced!!

For all who we'ren't lucky enough to attend - the official tailgate at the stadium had around 15000 in it.
The Green Man pub - around half a mile from Wembley had around 500 in it - and a thousand times the atmosphere.

I was really amazed. I honestly didn't think there were enough people overseas that cared about American football. Especially since NFL Europe folded.
I remember about two years ago when I went to England, I was wearing a Chargers t-shirt and people were like "that's not real football."

But Like you guys said "there were people from many different countries."
    Thanks for representing!!

Well keep watching on these forums for a trip to SD. Some of us have already decided that the first SD home game in November next year is the one we're planning on going over for. The more the merrier so keep checking Bolt Talk especially after the schedule is released early next year.

Sorry for the late note, but I must say I was impressed as well. Met and drank with lots of fans over there all through the week and I came away with the impression that people not only follow football, but they know their ****.

As for the Saints, yeah, they pretty much went out of their way to make them feel like they were at home. Music in between plays and video up on the jumbo tron were all Saints related.

    Bolt fans still represented. :flag:
