I've been thinking the same thing about condensing the forums. That's why I removed the sub-forums. I'm pondering the best way to condense the forums and which should stay separate. I will say this though, there will be some forum merging / condensing sometime soon.

There are still going to be separate forums, but I think your right about condensing some of them.

I explained this to L... and L obviously agrees because he has street smarts... that if everything is merged into one single forum, it will look like there is more activity going on. The more it looks like the board is active, the more often people will check it for new posts, the more often people check for new posts, the more they read, the more likely they will post, and the more people post, the more there is to read, the more there is to reply to....

The SDUT forum isn't the tight-knit community it once was, with the rep whores and OTers and the hardcore football fans HAVING to be exposed to each others posts and finding interest in each others subjects. All Leisure and I have been trying to do is save the SDUT from becoming a dump like Chargers.com. When people suggested things to Forrest and EC they took action (if they were approached in a kind manner :lol: ) and now all NYCF and LT21 (who talk behind our backs excessively btw) say is "THANKS" and sit on their lazy arses moving threads and banning people who use vulgar slang. Regardless of who gets banned or whatever they do to the particular posts... they're not IMPROVING the forum. They're letting it rot away before our eyes. All that can be done to keep the people active is to stir up controversy, otherwise everything would be eerily silent. We have a responsibility to make sure our internet home doesn't slowly but surely disappear or get taken over by geeks like RMancil. Just because our old parents FO and EC died and now our new parents NYCF and LT21 are enforcing the rules and threatening us if we disobey them, doesn't mean we have to give in.

The ASSCLOWNS forum is a haven not provided by the UT boards which makes this shiit brilliant along with the arcade crap.

CFX is a killer brain child at the UT boards but so is the stuff this site has going on which makes it sooooo freaking killer for the hardcore fans.

I'm already devising a plan to transport everyone from SDUT to Bolttalk, in case such a thing happens. We hold the cards, the board is not a board without the people. But anyway, I'm loving this board already. The games, icons, people... everything about it rules.
