I am with you there sir. AC unit just quit before summer, only a $1000 dollar fix. Concert was one of the best I've ever seen.

That's an expensive fix, but something that had to be done. I couldn't live without AC. My house is about 6 years old.............coming up on the time when I expect a bunch sheet to hit the fan as far as maintenance. Not looking forward to that.

Our AC unit is a Trane and only 3 years old, but the compressor quit, they said very unusual for the type of unit. Compressor covered under warranty but not the labor refrigerant and new flush and filters to install.

I have no idea why he chose that username, the other night when I had him on the phone he couldn't get the rego to accept his stuff, maybe he found a problem with the original name ? We'll ask him when we spot him next.
I'm in with a company, however, I'm essentially in business for myself. They provide benefits, but no salary (I have a ramp up for the first 4 months which have come and gone). I work in a company office, with full secretarial staff etc for the first year. After that, I'll be in the same office but will have to pay for my office space, secretary, etc. It's kind of the best of both worlds, and I always wanted to be in business for myself. Success or failure is based entirely on what I do and I don't need to worry about outside variables (company politics, management) controlling my career. I'm just starting to get into the NHL playoffs, so I haven't got a clue as far as a favorite. Just having fun enjoying the show.
OK, so just on a serious note, are you noticing slowness when posting and so forth in here compared to the CMB BLEW ? I know I am, not only in the posting, but when you hit a "view post" to go back to where you have quoted, it takes forever and takes awhile to stop at the right post also. Whats everyone else have to say on this subject ?

There are some hawties. However, I've learned not to mix business with pleasure. That being said, I work in a twin tower in business are of Dallas, and there are TONS of hawties all over the place. It's a fargin smorgasboard.
