Sorry but the Texans tied it up several times.
Next you're going to be telling me that the refs handed it to the Texans more than Hoch did the Broncos :roflmao:

His problems in coverage are what surprised me when they kept Gach instead of Byrd - but damn the boy is a good teamer.

SNORT - hey, quit fargin up my spinnin here! ;)

OBTW, Mouton also has severe problems in coverage, but the man can HIT as seen in our practices before the season a couple years ago - just like Spikes, guess that is why he is the "heir apparent" eh?

I'm chalking up the rest of this year as time to look at our young'uns and validate what we really need to address next year besides O-line.

I hope they can deliver. Mouton can lay the wood, but in college he took some bad angles and missed guys by a mile. Hopefully that's been fixed.

Meanwhile I am rooting for the Eagles and Titans to get off their asses and make some noise - (not that I'm keeping an eye on the draft board or anything like that).:ninja::cautious:

What are the chances that AJ goes OT in first?

That'd be great. But we're talking the Chargers here. Spanos will find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Eagles-Panthers going down to the wire. I'd **** on this game, but either one of these teams stand a decent chance against Bolts (setting bar low...:D)

No doubt. That was a bush league choke right there. Nowhere near the professionalism and drama the Chargers show when they choke.
One good line was: "The Phillies have won more recently than the Eagles." If it weren't for the Chiefs, we'd be saying the same about the Padres and Chargers.

Absolutely get them in there and let's see what they either have or don't have to offer..........for crying' out loud, why it takes so long for Norf to give these kids a chance to show something under "real game conditions", is beyond me ....... Especially seeing as the way this team has played for the last 2 1/2 seasons........ It's almost like once you get in, it's harder to get benched than it is to retain your spot no matter how bad you play...

2nd and 3rd rounders SHOULD've been given some kind of playing time by now, it's not like the positions these two play at are our "strengths" either or that the guys we've had playing have set the world on fire ......

Time to turn the mattress Norf, sometimes kids do their best work when it counts the most, not everyone is a training track phenom after all.

    I have become a bit of a Lion Lover of late, haven't I !!!!

Must say though, I do like that combo of Stafford & Johnson, think they'll become the premier combo in the league here very shortly.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah, only to lose by a record margin again, thus making our '94 guys very very happy to be out of the record books.
