What? You didn't hear that Rivers is BACK! :roflmao:

Seriously though, Steelers OL came out as if they already had won the game. BB was rusty. Steelers D played well in first half but pulled a Chargers style 'adjustment' in the 2nd. Hell, Rygina gashed them a couple times. Thought I'd never see that against that D.

Surprise performance was Chargers OL. Damn they looked like crap in 1st Q but pulled it together after that.

I took the dog for a walk and the Dolts were up 34-10, with like 6 mins remaining and Steelers driving. When I came back, we won 34-24. I looked up the game analysis and did not see any Chargers fumbles, INTs, etc. So what happened? Prevent D in garbage time? OS kick recovered by the Steelers? Which one of our sorry arse CB's was beaten TWICE? My money is on Cason, so please do not disappoint me folks :D

Norf has it in him to win meaningless games and put us at a 7-9 to end up with a mediocre draft position (outside of top 10) That will be his parting gift to the fans ;)

How about Spurlock? He did as much to keep the O on the field as anybody else.

Had a feeling BB might be a little slow outta the blocks.... Bet they are wishing they'd stuck with Charlie B now.

Gashed them ???? ......is the stats wrong at NFL.com then ??? ....... They have Ryno's longest run down as 9 yards ???......or are we that desperate, that's what we consider a "gash" these days ???

If so, think Ill stick with the Deev's ......... 9 yards may be close !!! ;)

Credit where credits due to the OL then ..... Nice job fella's.

Way to show up against a worthy opponent and finally win a battle, Gawd knows they have copped their fair share of flak of late.

So was our AFC Championship win in 94 at their house Dave ???

The memory isn't what it used to be I'm afraid...... I'm now thinking it was fo' shizzle, because we wer e huge underdogs in that game.

For RG III ??? ....Oh NO, that sucks if that's the case ........ Hope it's not as bad as first thought, he's been a breath of fresh air to the league, would hate to see that happen at this stage.

Is kinda weird, isn't it ....... Can't ever say I'm sorry to see us WIN a game, goes against everything I stand for in regard to playing sports......

    BUT .....

    No, I won't bother going there ...... ;)

But c'mon Poofessoria, I can't believe for one second you'd condone "tanking for higher drat picks", surely that goes against everything you stand for ?

Then again, you are into YOGI and Pilates and shite !!!!! :)

That's pretty damn impressive for a guy who's spent more time traveling between teams than on the playing field, I must say.

Again shows that this shite about guys needing to "bond" and play together for ages is nothing but a horseshit excuse by coaches....... If a guy wants it badly enough and is given a decent opportunity to showcase himself, it's still just a game of football.

Good for him, he he earns a regular spot somewhere because of his effort.

OK, I've just now seen that my main man, Brontosaurus Bye Bye Birdy got the Pick !!!!!!!!!!

well if that doesn't cap off what's been a red letter day, I have no idea what does.

Good for him, I've given him heaps of shite over the years and had a bit of fun at his expense.

Love nothing more than to see a guy prove his worth on the field of play.....

well done Bronte .........and I won't even make fun of your name today after that performance.

Would you rather have Norv say, "I can't do :poop: with the dead wood AJ keeps stickin' me with"?

Damn, so we won the TOP by over 13 minutes too I see ...... Well shite, no way should you lose a game when you have that much possession, means we must have been able to avoid to many "3 and outs" this week.

Yet I see we were still only 54% on 3rd down conversions !!! .....Hmmmmmmm, strange game by the look of those stats then.

Mind you, the Steelers at 38% wouldn't have hurt the situation I would imagine..... :)

Hell.....ZERO yards returned on 7 punts by Sci-Fi is testament to an outstanding day I would think

The fact that Meachem is MIA shows that loyalty to the GM who hired you only goes so far. ;)

You can't be serious when asking that question ???

HELL YES, it's hard to accept, have you not watched what's taken place these past 14 weeks ????

What in Hades could possibly have made you think we would beat the Steelers AT their Dunghill, playing the way we have of late ?

Sounds to me like someone's found THEIR HOMER HAT AND GOGGLES, that went missing for quite some time there throughout the season .....
