Speaking of which, that Packers-Lions game was a good one last night. Packers only pulled away at the end. Granted they have some weaknesses, but they're exemplary 'build through the draft' material (though they could use a couple FAs this year...)
Tom Krasovic @UTkrasovic Dean Spanos thought bubble: Gosh, Norv is outcoaching Tomlin, A.J.'s guys are playing well. If we hold on here, we might win out. Hmmm. #onemoreyear?
Chargers RReports @CBSChargers Wow! only a coach who has nothing to lose calls a fake punt up 17 points inside their 30. #Chargers convert first down. #hittingnailonhead
Norf is at his most dangerous (mind) when he has nothing more to lose. 7-9, here we come and a median 1st round draft pick The bastage farged up my guess of a perfect 4-12 season and now that he has found the nads to play out more of the youngsters, despite of AJ (no one needs to fear AJ anymore, he's being defanged) he may very well win more games in Dec than he was projected to lose
You don't think the same bolts team will show up two weeks in a row?? Sent from my Mobile Zin finder!
He'll not only scorch them, he'll probably put numbers up that will demand he be immediately named to the HOF, thus by-passing the rules set for normal human beings of the past. He is no doubt, the New Era quintessential Pro, others could only hope to copy, I bow in his presence. : All hail The FIGJAM.
Hmmmmm, lets see ....... Ravens/Lions circa 2011 ring any bells ???? Lets see if they can prove that theory wrong.
I wonder if Cam will generate enough interest to sellout this next game...... that in itself would be a minor miracle.
Jackie FYI................. I think the Bolts of 2012 will show up next Sunday not the team that played on 12/09/12 in PIT. The last thing I want to see is the team win now for Norf and Dean-o gets soft!
It's OK mate, I know that .... Don't worry though, Norf is done and dusted mate, you could bank your life savings on it..... Regardless of what Spanos said after the fact, Acees article WILL ring true and we'll finally be free of being NORF'D anymore.....Thank Gawd !!!!!
So I take that to read you think the return of "The Bowling ball" will be enough to attract at least a crowd of 30,000, Shirley !!!!
I may employ the "dwarven" fishing method at some point....... it involves the uses of depth charges. Some unintended carnage may result from improper use.
My old Granny used to tell stories about "Trav Elwood", a sheriff in Denton County, Tx, who liked to (illegally) fish with dynamite during the great depression. Last time she saw him, before the family moved to CA, he was missing 3 fingers off his left hand. (I asked what happened, and she used it as a teaching opportunity about getting distracted at the wrong time).
I'd rather make that mistake "virtually"......... my brother almost did that for real with a firecracker. His hand was numb for hours. Luckily, the explosive was in a cup full of shaving cream at the time.
