Ayup - just broke the plane before the ball came out.... Wilson threw that hail Mary 70 yards in the air - nothing wrong with that young man's arm or heart. Good stuff all around. <insert missing beer smiley here>

Who would have been tempted to go for the 64 yd Figgie rather than the Hail Mary ??????

    Anyone ?

I may have been actually...............they used up all their Hail-Mary luck early in the season. ;)

    Holy crap!!
    Between yesterday's games,
and this amazing game between the Seahawks & Falcons,
this is probably the best weekend of playoff football I've ever seen.
(and still a game to go!!)

p.s. As a Cal guy, I can't be happier to see Tony G still rocking it...

p.p.s. Are Russell Wilson & Colin Kaepernick too young to realize
that they aren't supposed to be able to do what they're doin'?!?

It looked like he actually "meant" that kick ????

    Am I seeing things .... again ?

Whats the thinking behind that ..................one long, deep kick and the game is over, why pooch it and maybe give the opposition more than one play (which they did) ???

I just dont get that move at all.

That's why Steve Young thoughtfully (and quickly) jumped out to a 28-7 lead in Super Bowl XXIX...
so Charger fans would have zero stress, re. whether or not they might win that day.
Every time he'd drop back to pass, I'd say "No more, man..." but that 49-26 shellacking is sealed in eternity...

isnt that the truth ................I remember saying the exact same thing while watching the game at the Tennis Club I used to live at in St Louis.

But still, as disappointed as I was with that day, I was still on a high from the week before, which as it turned out and is often the case, was "our Superbowl" performance.

Texys need a "fast start" to have any chance in this one I reckon ..................if they can get out to a 31 - 0 lead or thereabouts, they may have a slight chance in this one !!! ;)

Damn that Welker is a tough little bastard ............. wow, cant believe he dropped that ball though.

Gronk doesnt look like he'll be much of a factor in this one (big pussy !!! ;) ) .....................Hernandez needs to be the go-to guy today is my early feeling.

Both Ridley and Vereen are understated I do believe, both very decent players that don't get much attention.

NICE !!!!.................good drive that one, look out Texy's, its looking ominous !!!
